The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family. Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.

Space
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Access
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner - please reach out if something is needed or there is an issue so we can get it fixed for you.
Neighborhood
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Transit
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Notes
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
House Rules
No smoking. Automatic minimum $500 fee if you or your guests smoke inside. No guests allowed who are not on the reservation. If something changes please just let us know so we can work with you and help make it a great experience. No Parties.

Nathan’s place was great. My sons and I had a great time, the house was cozy and clean just like being at our own home. The pool and golf course were amazing and I would highly recommend going to stay at Nathan’s house.

The location of the house was great. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We loved that we were close to the Pinellas trail for biking, running and walking. We enjoyed eating at Gateway to India and Doc Fords which are both near the house. It was a 10 minute drive to Madeira beach. Parking can be a bit tough, so we did a few days at Upham beach which was 25 minutes, but parking was easy. Publix grocery is close by. There were 6 of us and we were all able to get space away from each other when needed. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The only con is that the house and pool weren’t as clean as we would expect . The pans could use an update, but that didn’t affect our stay.

My kids and I loved the place. We attended WWE'S Royal Rumble and made a mini vacation out of it. Nathan's place was very nice and exactly like the pictures. Pool and backyard was very nice. I enjoyed going undefeated in Foosball against my 20 and 15 year old kids. I have zero complaints.

This airbnb was a great find! The beds were super clean, the place spacious, and the pool was a blast. The hosts were incredible - very responsive and flexible with our checking in early, and super friendly. We had trouble with figuring out the shower handle, and the hosts immediately were willing to come out and check. The only downsides were that the place was definitely a little dirty, there was no sponge to wash dishes, and we ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly. It was about a 15 minute bike ride to the nearest beach, a 3 min bike ride to the Walmart, so that was handy. The area is nice and quiet, though be wary if you are going to walk or bike at night - we had a scary encounter with someone following us. But compared to a lot of other places we went to in Florida, we felt very safe minus that one incident. All in all, check this place out, it was a great time!
