The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family. Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.

Space
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Access
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner - please reach out if something is needed or there is an issue so we can get it fixed for you.
Neighborhood
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Transit
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Notes
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
House Rules
No smoking. Automatic minimum $500 fee if you or your guests smoke inside. No guests allowed who are not on the reservation. If something changes please just let us know so we can work with you and help make it a great experience. No Parties.

This place was wonderful, nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Nathan made sure all was well. Great location to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Having access to beach chairs, coolers and a umbrella was fabulous and the pool was a big hit. I would definitely recommend.

Took our 4 older (11-15yo) kids to Nathan’s. It was absolutely perfect. Exactly as described. Excellent location close to stuff we wanted to do and only about 7 mins to the beach. We swam in the pool a lot which was a bonus for the kids. And we played a LOT of foosball! Everything you could need, Nathan thought of inside. Like being at home. Would absolutely recommend!

This place is the perfect getaway, very lucky to have found it! Very clean and welcoming, lots of space, and stocked with everything you would need. The location was just a short drive to everything in the area. They even provide a welcome guide that helps you find a few cool places in the area. Definitely going to plan a trip back.
