The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family. Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.

Space
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Access
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner - please reach out if something is needed or there is an issue so we can get it fixed for you.
Neighborhood
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Transit
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Notes
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
House Rules
No smoking. Automatic minimum $500 fee if you or your guests smoke inside. No guests allowed who are not on the reservation. If something changes please just let us know so we can work with you and help make it a great experience. No Parties.

Highly recommend this air bnb, the host Nathan, was very responsive and easy to work with. There were personal touches that helped us feel even more welcomed. The location was also great, pretty close to major beaches and eateries. Would definitely consider returning again if in the area!

I came to visit with my son and daughter in law. We had such a nice time! The kitchen was well equipped. We played in the pool, played football, connect four, blew bubbles. The house was clean and comfortable. We were close to many beaches and visited 3 of them. they even had a wagon and a cooler for our trips. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Nathan!

Nathan’s place was great & accommodated our family. The kids loved having the pool. Nathan was super responsive to messages and even came over quickly to fix an issue we had when checking in. Nathan did something that was unexpected but greatly appreciated & showed that he isn’t in this for the money! Our family highly recommends Nathan & his properties and we can’t wait to be back in St. Pete!

Nathan was a great and responsive host with clear instructions and local entertainment suggestions; the house met and exceeded expectations for comfort, utility, and entertainment. The neighborhood was largely peaceful/quiet and the house quite private, making it easy to settle in and relax. Would recommend both the house and host.

We were very pleased with Nathan’s place. The check-in process was simple and communication was great. The house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and was also equipped with everything we needed for the beach (including a wagon and cooler). The pool had a ton of floats too! I would definitely recommend Nathan’s place while staying in the St Pete area.

Beautiful place, in a peaceful convenient location. Walmart & restaurants are within walking distance, and so are the hiking trails. We spent a lot of time around the pool and enjoyed lovely evenings around the gas fire pit. This was an amazing place making your feel right at home. I would recommend it to anyone. It was one of my favorite vacations. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We wanted a quiet neighborhood and a house that felt like a home, this place provided both. The pool and yard were great. It is newly renovated inside, clean and has a nice layout for a family or a few couples. There are a few things that need fixing on the exterior such as a screen door and a couple of windows should be replaced as they are hard to open and close. Overall it was a great place for our needs.

Loved the house, great for family, walking distance to Walmart, Starbucks. 10 min drive to beach. Provided us with a double running stroller which was a lifesaver with two young kids. Close walk to bike trail that’s a beautiful walk to the park with a great playground, was a good 25 min walk so stroller was a must with two young kiddos. Extra sitting area on porch was awesome, pool used daily. Host super responsive to messages.

Nathan’s place was fantastic for our family vacation. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We had an issue with one of the showers and a handyman was sent over ASAP which happened to be on a Saturday. Nathan and his group was quick to respond to the issue and we really appreciate the quick support. The house is very cute and looks recently updated. There are plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets which definitely came in handy for us. Having a pool right in the backyard was fantastic and there was so much space to hangout with family. Overall we loved our stay at Nathan’s place and will definitely return/recommend.

Nathan’s place was very clean and well equipped with everything you’d need to stay a few days in the area! Had beach chairs and an umbrella as well which was super nice while on vacation! A great place for a group or family for sure!
