The split plan 3 bedroom house gives plenty of space. Kitchen is fully stocked and the outdoor grill is able to have amazing pool days with the whole family. Smart TV's, a large back porch for hanging out and playing games, plus a spacious backyard, fire pit and heated pool to enjoy a cocktail and unwind.

Space
The pool is heated at no charge to 83 degrees and can be increased for an additional charge. An inside laundry room adds to the convenience of this house. We do have an air-mattress available for you if you request to have more than 7 people.
Access
You will have complete access to the property with whatever group you reserved the house with. All guests attending must be on the reservation.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner - please reach out if something is needed or there is an issue so we can get it fixed for you.
Neighborhood
A friendly walkable family oriented neighborhood. There is a local sports bar, convenience store, Starbucks, Dunkin, Texas Roadhouse, Walmart, Chinese restaurant and the Pinellas bike trail all walkable distance from the home.
Transit
There is a double wide driveway to park off the street.
Notes
The pool service and lawn service do not knock or call ahead so please make sure the pets are not left unattended.
House Rules
No smoking. Automatic minimum $500 fee if you or your guests smoke inside. No guests allowed who are not on the reservation. If something changes please just let us know so we can work with you and help make it a great experience. No Parties.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Nathan was extremely responsive with messages, and made his property available to us within a matter of hours. The house was impeccably clean (pet friendly with tile floors!) and there were so many nice little touches of hospitality. Toothpaste, toiletries, and makeup towels were set out in both bathrooms. The kitchen table had bottled water and even a binder full of really helpful information - everything from the Wi-Fi code, to reminders about trash day, to recommendations for Thai food and other local restaurants! The binder even contained information about where to take our pets if they happened to get sick or have an emergency during our stay. I was so impressed with how professional this host was, how clean the house was, and how every little detail was thought of and attended to. We visit FL about 3x/year and definitely plan to stay at this property again in the future!

Such a cute home. Loved the sunroom especially and amenities throughout. Neighbors were even welcoming and friendly. Nathan and staff were absolutely the best. Recommendations, checked in periodically, kind, helpful. We look forward to our next vacation, will definitely book again.

Nathan's place was awesome! a great location, especially if you're looking to spend a lot of time on the beach. We love the house and everything that it had to offer. I have chronic back pain and the bed in the master was so comfortable I did not wake up with a backache once while I stayed there. honestly, I was thinking about tying the mattress to the roof of my car. 🤣 I would definitely stay here again. very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with a great park for the kids to play at.

Nathan’s place was great for us! He have all need it to make it feel like home. Close to stores to buy what is necessary to make your meals. Close to the beach, to tampa. Ideal for family with kids. We stayed the coolest night after 30 years in Florida but we enjoyed. Thanks so much

Host was very responsive and the house was accurately represented in the pictures. Inside of the home was newly renovated and immaculate. Great outdoor spaces for family fun and hanging out! Nathan also had beach chairs and towels. All amenities you need for a great stay in St. Pete. I highly recommend and will definitely consider for future stays.
