Soak up the sun and relax with friends, family and pets at Stoked in St Pete! We wanted 70's beach house vibes with all the modern amenities you may want on a trip. Both bedrooms feature smart TV's, queen memory mattresses and groovy style. Walking into the main living room, you can turn on the record player and play some tunes as you mix a cocktail and head out the back porch to the heated pool. Grill some burgers, swim, make some s'mores or play video games in the game room out back.

Space
The home is located 5 minutes from world famous Madeira Beach. There is parking enough for 3 cars in the driveway and plenty of room out back for games and enjoying the pool. If you are working remote, enjoy the game room that is out back. We have a wifi extender, TV and couch and if you need a table there prior to your stay just let us know.

Neighborhood
This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood where you will see people walking their dogs, kids riding bikes and people outside. There is a Starbucks, Dunkin, Walmart, Texas Roadhouse, Sports Bar and more all 1/2 mile away or less.
House Rules
There is no smoking inside the house or the game room out back. A $500 minimum fine will be applied if you smoke inside. No cats. No guests sleeping over who are not on the reservation. We just ask that you communicate with us if something comes up, a lot can be solved by communication.

Super cute little spot super close to the beach. How’s are extremely nice and responsive. We unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool but the house was perfect for our spring break adventures!

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. I can see why everyone gave great reviews. Nathan and Joann are amazing host in terms of proactive communication and are genuinely really nice people. The thing that set this rental apart from other AirBNBs we have stayed in were lots of thoughtful little touches to make it a very pleasant experience: white noise/relaxing sound machines in each bedroom, really nice area rugs and fluffy blankets for couches, box fan set up in the screened in Florida room to increase air flow, lots of fluffy new looking bath mats. The large backyard pool area which was the main reason for us to rent the house had lots of sunshine which was helpful in February (not too many trees - plus and minus). The pool was nicely heated for the winter even on colder days. This house is probably amazing for people with kids - an older house but they renovated the inside important parts (renovated kitchen/bath) and nicely decorated. The pool area was a little nicer than photos

We really loved the house! It was really cute and very much what we expected. We look forward to coming back and would definitely enjoy staying in Nathan's house again. Very easy drive to the beach. Loved the decor! The pool was delightful and always heated even though our days were chilly the pool was always warm enough to take a swim. Great place as as pet friendly and our dog was protected in their fenced in yard. Love Love Love
