Soak up the sun and relax with friends, family and pets at Stoked in St Pete! We wanted 70's beach house vibes with all the modern amenities you may want on a trip. Both bedrooms feature smart TV's, queen memory mattresses and groovy style. Walking into the main living room, you can turn on the record player and play some tunes as you mix a cocktail and head out the back porch to the heated pool. Grill some burgers, swim, make some s'mores or play video games in the game room out back.

Space
The home is located 5 minutes from world famous Madeira Beach. There is parking enough for 3 cars in the driveway and plenty of room out back for games and enjoying the pool. If you are working remote, enjoy the game room that is out back. We have a wifi extender, TV and couch and if you need a table there prior to your stay just let us know.

Neighborhood
This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood where you will see people walking their dogs, kids riding bikes and people outside. There is a Starbucks, Dunkin, Walmart, Texas Roadhouse, Sports Bar and more all 1/2 mile away or less.
House Rules
There is no smoking inside the house or the game room out back. A $500 minimum fine will be applied if you smoke inside. No cats. No guests sleeping over who are not on the reservation. We just ask that you communicate with us if something comes up, a lot can be solved by communication.

This place was wonderful! The area was in a perfect quiet location close to the beach! The private backyard with the heated pool and fire pit was amazing! Nathan was quick to respond whenever we had questions! The price was one of the lowest and they stay was well worth it for all the amenities and location! If we ever come to the area again we will be using Nathan again!

Excellent place to stay! The pool area was really nice - plenty of places to lounge about and even had a BBQ Grill WITH extra propane tanks! Fenced in yard provides great privacy. There is a screened in Florida Room to sit in at night, the area is an older neighborhood that is very quiet and peaceful. Close to stores and less than 10 minutes from the beaches. The home was super clean and really does feel like a home away from home. TV's in both bedrooms- great touch! Comfy linens, pillows and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cups, plates. silverware and utensils - even had a toaster. Nathan was very responsive and overall, just a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Nathan's place was perfect for our family of three! Tasteful and fun design, comfortable beds/furniture, ceiling fans in every room, and really clean. The sunroom was a lovely place to relax in the evening. The pool in the backyard was amazing, and they even converted the shed in the back into a really fun video game hang out space. We didn't use it, but it was such a cool touch! The house was equipped with beach chairs, a big cooler, and even a wagon to take to the beach! We were grateful to find a brand new pack n' play and umbrella stroller in the closet for our 7-month old. You can't beat having your own privacy, pool, full kitchen, and more, while being only a few minutes from the beach. Nathan and his team provided a binder of local recommendations and were fantastic to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here or at another one of his properties. Thanks for the great stay!
