TO BOOK THIS HOME: To book this home, please send a booking request and include names and ages of each guest. Should guest list change, we must be notified of changes prior to arrival. The Blue Fin is named after our first anniversary trip to a little place down in the keys. It was a special place for us and we hope it becomes a special place for you. The Blue Fin was remodeled with relaxing beach vibes in mind. The home has a front living room with a 65" TV capable of streaming from any of your accounts, several chairs and a comfortable couch. The back sun room gives you vintage old Florida feels with large windows overlooking the back yard, a queen size sleeper sofa, desk and a decorative surf board tucked in the corner. Each bedroom has a 43" TV capable of streaming from any of your accounts. One king bed and one queen bed. Plenty of closet space for your clothes in both rooms. The backyard is fully fenced in and the pool area is entirely screened in with access from a sliding glass door inside. There is a picnic table outside, along with a gas fire pit, gas grill and several pieces of patio furniture. Plenty of beach chairs in the garage if you want to have more chairs outside. The pool is heated to 83. BEACH LIFE We are located 5-6 minutes from the award winning Madeira Beach, and just a short drive further north to Clearwater Beach or south to St Pete Beach. Other great beaches lay in between those. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon are provided for you to use. MAXIMUM of 6 guests with some exceptions upon booking. Master bedroom: King Bed (sleeps 2) Guest bedroom: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Sunroom: Queen pull out sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) PETS: you must disclose the number of dogs (max 2). No cats.
Access
Easy to navigate residential streets and a large double wide driveway where you can park up to 3 cars. Please park in the driveway and be respectful of the families living and kids playing in the neighborhood. NO GARAGE parking.
Interaction With Guests
We live right around the corner and can provide assistance and give you insight to the house and amenities if needed.
Neighborhood
A quiet residential neighborhood with walkable streets and sidewalks. A small lake where its always fun to walk down and feed the ducks and turtles. Walmart just blocks away, Seminole Shopping Center, Target and other stores just a short 5-10 minute drive away.
Notes
Professionally cleaned before each booking. Please remember this is a residential neighborhood and keep noise down after 10pm when outside.
House Rules
PETS: You must request approval to bring a pet prior to booking. If an animal is brought without prior approval your reservation will be terminated. If you are traveling with a service or emotional support animal this should be disclosed PRIOR to booking. Should you have a service or ESA, given their role in providing service or emotional support, assistance animals should not be left alone at our home. No cats permitted. Parties and Events: There are not to be any parties or events. I'm not talking about singing happy birthday to your children. The only people that should be at the house are the people on the reservation. A lot can be done with some simple communication, just shoot me a message and we will figure it out if something changes.

Beautiful tropical pool paradise. Very comfortable beds and sound machines. Every amenity was thought of with a fully stocked kitchen to cook at our home away from home. Close to the bike trail, beaches, tiki bars and amazing restaurants. Nathan was very responsive and a wonderful host. We're so happy we found this place as a retreat from the Rocky Mountain CO winter. Thanks Nathan!

I can't say enough about this house. From the moment we walked in it felt homey and welcoming. We were very comfortable and quickly found that the house had all of the accomodations anyone could want. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is a nice covered front porch and beautiful back yard with a wonderful pool. The pool is a good temperature and there are pool toys as well. Nathan was highly responsive and always friendly. Beaches are only a short drive, and there is a grocery store a few minutes down the road. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Nathan was truly a host that I wish every Airbnb owner/manager was like. The Blue Fin was more than what we had expected. It was very clean and well stocked with all the basics and then some. I've been to Airbnb homes that didn't even have basic necessities you would expect from renting an entire house, like dishes, pots, and pans. Nathan provided everything we needed and some things we didn't remember we'd need, like sunscreen and extra beach towels for the pool. My husband is an active-duty Marine, born and raised in Clearwater, and we were coming into town to lay his father to rest at Bay Pines National Cemetery. We were in for a short stay, but we were the 'hosts' for the memorial. After I reserved The Blue Fin, I noticed there weren't 'parties' or 'events' allowed, but I contacted Nathan to ask if it would be ok to host some family members over the night before the service, and he was perfectly fine with it, which was really nice, and very much appreciated. Anyway, it ended up that Hurricane Nichole might ruin our plans to come down, but Nathan kept in contact with me about the storm’s status and even checked on us during our drive to make sure we were doing good. I would definitely rent this property for future stays and I highly recommend it for you and your family.
